The menus change seasonally, and they try to support local suppliers and farmers wherever possible. Our two chefs Gary and Daniel work hard to create everything from scratch, using honest ingredients and real cooking.
Owner Daniel is classically trained, has over 25 years of experience and has a passion for Asian flavours. Head chef Gary trained at The Pump rooms in Bath and comes with a wealth of knowledge and a real love for the industry. Their menus are driven by produce, flavour and sustainability.
