Built from shipping containers, SPARK* is home to a fresh selection of independent food and drink traders in York.

Location & Itinerary
This is an optional activity for those on our Spice National Weekend in Historic York.
We'll meet in the hotel reception at 1:30pm and walk around half a mile to SPARK.
