Overview
2026 promises to bring something special to the Spice Social calendar as we celebrate our 45th year of bringing friendship and fun to anyone who is willing to let us!
Every 5 years since 2006 Spice has held an Anniversary Ball and this has been a highly memorable event still spoken about with great fondness by many. We've held this in Manchester (twice), Leeds and Birmingham so we felt it was about time we headed more south to spread it around and whether this will be your first Anniversary Ball or you’re one of the old guard and it’s your fifth it promises to be another fantastic occasion and we truly hope you are able to join us to celebrate everything that is the best of Spice in our Sapphire year.
Take this as the basis for the weekend but we are planning more around the weekend which will be updating as we go but for now we are going with the basics!
Please note – our anniversary events have always proved extremely popular so to give as many members as possible the opportunity to attend this event we have made this a member exclusive event until 31 January 2026. Guest bookings will not be possible until 01 February.

Location & Itinerary
What can you expect?
Meet friends old and new…a full programme of events around the weekend organised by the Spice Social team…if you stop with us at the DeVere Beaumont Estate (makes getting to and from the evening very simple) you’ll enjoy quality accommodation right at the heart of everything we will be doing…all your coordinators on hand to make sure you have the best time possible…live music & dancing…DJ & more dancing to the early hours… much, much more…
How the night pans out…
Arrive at the DeVere Beaumont Estate whether that’s in the lift down from your room or by taxi, but don’t be late for our Welcome Drinks Reception before making your way through to the Hanover Suite for the dinner and dancing. (We will require dinner pre-orders nearer the time.)
There is no theme or dress code but given that it is our Sapphire Anniversary this is a chance to get your posh frocks and bow ties on and wouldn’t it be great for us all to have something blue in our outfits – just a thought if you need some inspiration!
Of course all the Spice coordinators will be on hand throughout the weekend with a range of daytime outings to book. There is so much to do in and around Windsor. Whilst the focus of our visit is to celebrate 45 years of Spice we will plan a daytime itinerary to get us out and about during the days.
Full details will be provided nearer the time but a list of some possibilities is outlined below.
Windsor Castle, The Mallard Splash Road & River Duck Boat Tour,
Walks with the coordinators: Windsor Great Park; Runnymede; The Long Walk; The Eton Walkway, Theatre Royal Windsor Tour, Windsor and Eton Brewery Tour.
There will also be the Friday night pre ball party on site, exclusively available to book for those staying on site on the Friday night. This will include food and entertainment in the breath-taking Chapel - steeped in history this awe inspiring suite will be the perfect setting to launch our weekend celebrations. Remember to add this in when booking if staying on site for the Friday evening but please note that numbers for this night are limited.
Travel & Stay
The story of De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is a very British one; a tale of democracy, royalty, education and religion. At its heart, sits an 18th-century mansion, a chapel, and a Georgian white house in 42 acres of parkland grounds. The original house was built for Lord Weymouth but it was its time as a public school, from 1854 - 1967, that saw most of the estate’s architectural developments.
The DeVere Beaumont Estate offers its guests a host of onsite amenities to enjoy including a gym and pool If you fancy a swim during your stay, the swimming pool - the first artificially-heated indoor swimming pool to be built in England (but a little upgraded since then!)- is available for use. With a modern and fresh design, our gym is open daily to guests, offering a range of cardiovascular and resistance training equipment suited to most levels of fitness.
On to the rooms - Standard rooms are located in Beaumont Place, the contemporary wing of DeVere Beaumont Estate. Relax in subtle luxury in the recently refurbished classic ensuite rooms, thoughtfully furnished with simple detailing and soft materials.
