Swadish By Ajay Kumar is a 2 Rosette holding, national award-winning fine dining restaurant that combines high-quality seasonal Scottish ingredients with traditional and modern Indian culinary techniques.
Swadish feels that it is their moral obligation to introduce authentic Indian cuisine and transform people's perceptions of Indian food and deliver an entirely new dining experience by blending fresh, locally sourced ingredients with Indian flavour combinations. We do not understand cultural boundaries when it comes to curating our menus. We knowingly ignore those limiting factors to human creativity.
