Join your fellow Spicers for some fun with Watersports. Book your place on a self-drive boat with Spice Social and take turns driving if you wish.

These Events are only for people booked on the Marlow Weekend
Cruise along the River Thames aboard our electric boats, the pinnacle of quiet, eco-friendly river cruising.
A one hour hire allows you time to travel up to Temple Lock, enjoying the countryside views before turning downstream past the ancient church at Bisham Abbey towards Marlow, passing a number of magnificent riverside homes and under the famous Marlow suspension bridge towards the lock before making the journey back to our base.

Friday 29th August
1pm Meet in the Sports centre cafe for a drink or light lunch*
wines and beers* also available
3pm Check IN
3.30pm Rounders
Book a squash court
Gym – Open 7am-6pm Daily, Sauna or Steam or try your hand at some of the Water sports*
Book direct for everything except self drive boats
or take a leisurely self drive boat along the River Thames in groups of 6 or 8* or perhaps take a 4 mile stroll to Hurley
6pm Meet in the bar* from 6pm in our own private venue
7pm Party Night with a Delicious BBQ
Dancing until late at the Disco
Saturday 30th August
9-9.30am Meet the group for a Full English Breakfast
Then make use of all the facilities
Water sports* or take a leisurely self drive boat along the River Thames in groups of 6 or 8*
Book a Tennis Court*
Lunch is available in the Café*in the Sports centre or
Take a free Skippered shuttle boat service into Marlow Town centre between 10-4pm
so you can have a stroll along the River in Higginson Park and browse around the shops.
Maybe stop for lunch or refreshments somewhere*
Or perhaps you may prefer to book onto our optional Wine Tasting Tour *at a local Vineyard
7.30pm Board a River Boat Disco serving a 2 course Hot Buffet from Bisham Abbey
Dance the night away as we sail along the River Thames
11.30pm Boat Returns
Sunday 31st August
9-9.30am Meet the group for a Full English Breakfast
11.00am Check Out if staying 2 nights
Shared cars can be organised from 11.00am from Bisham Abbey Marlow to Hambleden
12 Noon First seating Lunch* if not walking
12 Noon Chiltern Hills walk starts for a few hours with an optional lunch at 2.30pm
or a gentle stroll around the beautiful village of Hambleden
Optional Sunday Lunch* is Booked at The Stag & Huntsman
7pm Meet the group to go into Marlow for a stroll for a light bite or dinner at Cote and drinks*
Monday 1st September 2025
8-8.30am Meet the group for a Full English Breakfast
9.30am Check Out if staying 3 nights
Shared cars can be organised to go Marlow station and take a train*or drive to Cookham*on the River Thames
A one hour tour of the village and small Stanley Spencer Gallery* and lunch option at the Bell & Dragon*
