Duckpin Bowling & Ice-Free Curling at Roxy Ballroom, Deansgate
Overview
Come and join us for a fun session of Duckpin Bowling followed by Ice Free Curling at Roxy Ballroom located next to The Moon Under the Water pub on Deansgate.
Duckpin bowling is a faster, more casual variation of the classic ten-pin game. While it shares some DNA with standard bowling, it uses smaller, "squat" pins and palm-sized balls that lack finger holes.
Ice Free curling is where players slide their stones down the smooth surface of the lane, aiming for the bullseye.
The only chill in the air will come from opponents as this is an ice-free curling lane, one of only a few across the UK. It's a great fun activity and don't worry, you don't have to be particularly fit to take part.

Roxy Ballroom Deansgate is located next door to the Moon Under the Water pub on Deansgate. It is a 1/2 mile (10 minute) walk from St Peter's Square Metrolink and a 1/4 mile walk (5 minutes) walk from Victoria Train Station
