Three evenings of entertainment including the opportunity to dress 20s style and help solve the murder mystery on Saturday!
This Easter weekend, why not join us in beautiful Oxfordshire? You can check into the hotel at 3pm on Good Friday. The first evening we will be entertained by DJ Andy Stevens who has entertained us at a few Thames Valley events now. On Saturday we will be joined for dinner by actors who will ask for our help in solving a murder, the theme of the murder mystery is Peaky Blinders, so we are encouraged to wear our 20s costumes. Sunday evening entertainment is to be a fun casino.
On the Sunday we will arrange a local walk and provide suggestions for either Sunday lunch or afternoon tea. You can choose from 2 or 3 nights (remember the Monday is Bank Holiday so you don't have to rush home on Sunday) There will be dinner each evening and breakfast each morning. We are only 10 minutes drive from Thame, and 15 minutes drive from Oxford, in the beautiful Chiltern Hills.
I hope you will agree this is a great value break in this lovely area on the edge of the Chilterns, close to Vicar of Dibley and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang filming locations.

The Peaky Blinders Dinner:
Join the Shelby family and associates for a celebration of their Midland business ventures -but beware of visiting Cockney and Yankee gangs. Everything seems jolly but there could be a punch up at any moment – as long as Arthur doesn’t drink we’ll be fine…all the action takes place during and after dinner and is performed by professional actors and is a send up of the TV series “Peaky Blinders” which is the exploits a fictional crime family based in Birmingham around the aftermath of the first world war. With bags of audience participation, it is a fun night for all. The action take place before, after and between each course of your dinner. For more fun why not dress up as mobster and gangsters?
Travel & Stay
You can choose 2 or 3 nights dinner bed & breakfast, in this comfortable hotel. The rooms have all the usual features There is high speed wifi, air con, a fitness centre, and free parking for residents. You will be asked to pre-order evening meals. Breakfast is buffet style. There is a lovely garden with seating so let's hope for a little sunshine so we can take advantage of it.
There is free onsite parking.
Located on M40 J6, the hotel is an ideal venue. The hotel is located near the beautiful city of Oxford, Thame, and Bicester Village. A circular cycle path and Britain's Oldest Road Ridgeway are also close by.
The closest rail stations are Haddenham and Thame Parkway and Princes Risborough, both around 20 minutes by taxi to the hotel.
