Milford Common & Cannock Chase Easy to Moderate Ramble and Lunch

We return to the northern part of Cannock Chase with Steve Dell for this 6 mile easy to moderate ramble. This is slightly further to the usual easy ramble and there are a couple of gradients.

We start by through Milford Common as we head onto the chase. There are both open and wooded areas, which will make for a varied ramble, as we wind our way through the chase.

The return follows the lovely Sherbrook valley with its pretty brook and stepping stones. There are some gradients but as usual we will take our time. 

After the ramble we have the option of lunch at the Barley Mow.
