Mid Afternoon/Early Evening Bar Tour – Exchange Square Area
Overview
Join us for a sociable Bar Tour in the Exchange Square area of Manchester. Whether new to Spice or an old hand you will be made very welcome.
The bars chosen have been picked for their ambience and ales!
- Sadler's Cat a contemporary community pub at the heart of the NOMA neighbourhood. Overlooking Sadler’s Yard, it boasts a welcoming space where you can kick back and relax while enjoying a selection of top-class beer from Cloudwater and friends, outstanding natural wine, perfectly-balanced mixed drinks and non-alcoholic serves.
- Crown & Anchor less than a mile from the Joseph Holt brewery, you can be certain that you’ll get an exceptional and well-priced local beer whether you’re after a cask ale, traditional beer, craft variety or award-winning lager.
- The Old Wellington - known for cask ales, craft gins, and hearty pub classics at The Old Wellington, a traditional, half timerbered pub near Manchester Cathedral, Town Hall, and Shambles
- Cosy Club - Quirky, eccentric and playful, offering informal casual dining, drinking and lounging in a friendly environment. The interior of Cosy Club is cosy (strangely enough) where eras and styles clash in an eccentric yet eclectic fantasia.
