Kayaking, Canoeing and Paddle Board Taster Session - Brownhills

A Spice Exclusive Session!

We had a great time trying this out in August so we're running it again. This time we have 3 hours to try out one or all of the things on offer.

Have you ever fancied trying kayaking or canoeing or even paddle boarding? Well now you can try all three if you want to!

We have arranged a 3 hour taster session with Royal Sutton Coldfield Canoe Club at their base in Brownhills, Walsall.

You can try all 3 or just choose one thing to concentrate on. We will have 2 instructors to help us and other members of the Canoe Club will be there to offer support.

Our instructors will show us how to select and correctly fit the required safety equipment.

Then we will get help to choose which craft you wish to paddle, show you how to adjust it to the best fit for you and how to safely carry your craft.

We will then receive a safety briefing before we get on the water.

Once on the water we will have appropriate coaching depending on skills you may already have. This is done through various activities and games.

A great fun session for all of us!
