Celebrate 35 years of Thames Valley & Solent at our Jade Ball
Thames Valley & Solent turns 35 in 2024, great excuse for a party, and February seems the ideal month to celebrate as it's Leap Year so there's an extra day to use up!
For the party we have booked The Hilton St Anne's Manor in Berkshire. This is a 4-star hotel in Wokingham with a 14-meter indoor pool, whirlpool, and health & beauty room, and livingWell Health Club with gym and sauna.
The party includes a welcome drink, a three-course meal with half bottle of wine, a fun casino, (no money involved) live music from The Hitlist function band and a disco until 1am, with a beautiful light up dance floor.
Table Plan: We will be doing a table plan so you will be asked for seating preferences and menu choices in the confirmation email. We'll do our best to meet all requests. The tables will be for 8-10.
Dress Code: Everyone is encouraged dress to impress, the theme is Jade for our 35th Anniversary. The chatter has been to wear Green or to wear black with Green Accessories.

Accommodation is also available and guests staying over are free to use the indoor pool and fitness centre. The hotel is set in 25 acres of grounds, which guests are free to explore. Check in is from 3pm and checkout is noon, breakfast is included. Extra nights (either Friday or Sunday) are available to book.
There will be additional events for those staying the extra night and during the day on Saturday and Sunday before you head home.
Guest Rooms are spacious with modern amenities, decorated in a traditional style. All have private bathrooms, and tea and coffee making facilities. Double share rooms are only for couples and places must be booked for both people.

Pay a deposit now and then the balance by the end of December.
Guests: Guests & Non Members who are new to Spice are welcome to book at a £36 supplement though they may prefer to join to obtain the member rate and any deals that may be available at the time of booking/joining. Please call your local office to enquire about booking as a guest.

Pan Fried Chicken Breast, Fondant Potato, Spinach, Confit Shallots and Green Beans served with a Pan Gravy

The Hotel is just off the A329M on the outskirts of Wokingham and is easily accessible via the M3 or M4, and has plenty of parking. Nearest rail stations are Bracknell 8 mins, Wokingham 8 mins, Reading 17 mins. The times quoted from the station are all assuming you are using a taxi. Taxi's are readily available at all three stations.
