Overview
Join us for a great winter day out on the Battlefield Heritage railway. “The country railway at the heart of rural England”
Steam galas are a great way to experience several steam locos with a more intensive timetable than usual with the railway.
We will develop a plan with the timetable to ensure we see all of the locos and have time to visit the various attractions on the railway.

There is a bar and snacks on some of the trains and cafes at some on the stations
We will start at Market Bosworth station, which is just outside the village and is on B585, which is midway between Ashby-de-la-Zouch and Hinckley in Leicestershire. The B585 is accessed from the A444 and M42. There is a large free car park for use by visitors.
