Barton Marina and Branston Water Park Easter Ramble and Artisan Markets

Please note: there are now artisan markets at the Marina on Sunday.

Join rob on this new 6 mile ramble using some recently opened paths around Barton under Needwood.

Barton Marina which is a great place to start a ramble as there are lots of lovely shops, cafes and ice creams stalls.

The walk heads initially towards Dunstall and Tatenhill using the first of the newly created paths, this one made as a result of the recent gravel workings. 

We then head over towards the Trent and Mersey canal and pause at a lovely cafe at Branston water park.

The return is via the canal and local footpaths. 

Back at Barton, Rob will book a table at the Waterfront Pub , or you can have a coffee at the one of the local cafes.
