Overview

A peaceful walk exploring the area around Abbeystead House, country seat of the Duke of Westminster. The upper reaches of the river Wyre not only provide a secluded setting for the Abbeystead Estate nestled within it, but also for this varied and characterful walk. Please bring your walking boots and sandwiches as we will be stopping en route for a picnic.
