Stand Up Paddleboard Lesson with 121SUP
Overview
Join us for an instructor led, beginners paddle board session with 121 SUP a Cheshire based company offering lessons in SUP (Stand Up Paddle) boarding. 121 SUP operates from Winsford Marina and Rudyard Lake. Run by fully qualified Academy of Surf Instructors (ASI) coach Debbie Ashley, she offers tailored, highly personalised sessions designed to safely build your confidence on the water. Our chosen 1.5 hour format (30 minutes of land-based technique followed by 1 hour on the water) perfectly matches her signature structured lessons. This will be a fun experience for all!! though we might get wet though!!
Please Note:
- this inclludes the instruction, use of the paddleboard and a compulsory buoyancy aid
- They do not provide wetsuits. If you have one you can take your own or alternatively wear a rash vest or long sleeve top over a swimming costume or swimming shorts
- Additionally you will need to take some water shoes/neoprene booties
- Please take a towel and a change of clothes with you. Any changing facilities or toilets are likely to be basic as we are on the riverside and there won't be showers onsite

As you are approaching Northwich on the A556. Follow the A556 and continue onto the A533 slip road toward Bostock. Continue onto Bostock Rd / A5018. Follow the A5018 as it leads into A54 in Winsford. Turn to enter the Winsford Marina Car Park off the A54 where you will find free car parking for around 30 cars. Please note this car park can get busy so please leave yourself plenty of time to find a space and park up.
