Music Club Online - Christmas not Christmas
An opportunity to share our tastes in music, have some fun, and maybe discover something new to us.
Music Club is our monthly online get-together to share some of our favourite sounds.
Take That, Queen, ABBA or Chas & Dave, the argument as to which artist is the greatest has long raged! Spice Social offers you the chance to add your opinion publicly and without fear of retribution.
Each time, we will have a theme. Everyone taking part will choose two tracks that they feel best illustrate the theme under discussion. We'll play each track and then have a short discussion about what we like or dislike about it.

Something a little different this month as our theme is Christmas not Christmas. 😕
We'd like your choices to be songs that are not really Christmas songs but are somehow associated with Christmas. Maybe they mention Christmas in the lyrics, or they might have been a hit at Christmastime, or maybe they are lesser known tracks by an artist most famous for an evergreen Christmas tune, or songs featured in a Christmassy film.
Maybe you like a song that mentions fairy lights or crackers or mulled wine or is by someone called Carol! It will be interesting to hear what everyone comes up with for this one!
The event usually lasts around two hours and we will play both of everyone's tracks.

This is one of my favorite events as i love music and find it interesting which songs people choose. I think you can learn about people by what they choose and get to know them better.

Thank you Paul and Jonathan and everyone for another great night of music. I really enjoyed hearing everyone’s choices and there were a few I’d not heard before. It’s lovely to share all our different musical tastes and hear new songs.
