Overview
We thought that it was about time that we sampled this relatively new restaurant in Sutton Coldfield.
Based on the site of the old Toby Carvery in Sutton Park, Browns has a reputation for delicious food and a delightful atmosphere in the venues.
Join us for this opportunity to sample the delights of their early evening set menu.

Location & Itinerary
We are dining a little earlier than usual to take advantage of the lunch and early evening set menu.
Starters
- Beetroot & Apple Tartare* (ve) Croutons, pickled radish, candied seeds.
- Smoked Salmon Capers, lemon, rye bread.
- Duck Bon Bons Soy orange marinade, orange segments, candied seeds.
- Roasted Tomato & Basil Soup (v) Toasted sourdough, butter. Vegan option available.
Main courses
- Steak Frites (supplement: 4) Béarnaise sauce, watercress, fries.
- Pan-Fried Seabass & Potato Salad Rocket & fennel salad, horseradish crème fraîche potato salad, chive oil.
- Beef Shin & Red Wine Ravioli Confit tomatoes, garlic, sun-dried tomato pesto, lemon & herb gremolata, fennel, parsley.
- Pea & Asparagus Risotto (ve) White wine, garlic, lemon, parsley.
- Chicken Caesar Salad Little gem lettuce, cos & chicory, sourdough croutons, Parmesan, salted anchovies, Caesar dressing.

- Bramley Apple & Rhubarb Crumble (v) Stem ginger ice cream. Vegan option available.
- Salted Caramel Profiteroles (v) Toffee sauce.
- Belgian Chocolate Mousse (v) Sable biscuit.
- Ice Cream (v) Three scoops of vanilla, chocolate, stem ginger or honeycomb ice cream, or raspberry sorbet, sable biscuit

Browns is in Sutton Park and is accessed via the entrance at Town Gate. You may know it as the old Toby Carvery! There is parking at the restaurant.
