Overview

Presented by Bill Kenwright Ltd, Written by Willy Russell

The legendary Blood Brothers tells the captivating and moving tale of twins who, separated at birth, grow up on opposite sides of the tracks, only to meet again with fateful consequences.

Few musicals have received quite such acclaim as the multi-award-winning Blood Brothers. The production ran for more than 10,000 performances in London’s West End and has been affectionately christened the ‘Standing Ovation Musical’ as inevitably it “brings the audience cheering to its feet and roaring its approval” (The Daily Mail).

The superb score includes Bright New DayMarilyn Monroe and the emotionally charged hit Tell Me It’s Not True. Don’t miss this unforgettable experience of gripping drama and soaring music. Duration 2hrs 45mins including interval

Warning This production contains haze, replica firearms, loud noises including gunshots, depictions of mental illness and drug use.

I first saw the touring production in the 1980's in Coventry, and again about 5 years ago in Southampton and it has lost none of its impact over 40+ years. Coincidentally, it was 'born' in the same year as Spice, 1981 as a play at a Liverpool Comprehensive school.

We have reserved 10 seats in the centre stalls, I hope you will be joining us to see this terrific show.
