Walk: Pateley Bridge to Coldstones Cut
Overview
Meet Michael from 10:15am ready for a 10:30am start near the entrance to the Pateley Bridge Southlands short stay car park where there are public toilets.
From here we walk through Fishpond wood up a steady gradient to Coldstones Cut for lunch, with a panoramic view over Nidderdale. Then it's downhill all the way back to the car park.
If the weather is poor there are shorter routes back to the car park.
The walk is around 6½ miles (10.5km) and there is about 300m of ascent.
The walk is dog friendly on the whole, but there are sections where dogs will need to be kept on leads.
We expect to be back by around 3pm.
