Church End Brewery Visit, Tour and Lunch
Overview
Never let it be said that Spice can’t organise a “drinking event” in a brewery!!
Join Rob and Geoff on the next in our Brewery Tours; this time visiting Church End Brewery.
Many of you will know our resident beer experts well from previous rambles and beer related activities.
In 1995, Church End Brewery moved to its current site which was a former working man's club .
The tap runs eight hand pulls at all times, with ever changing beers from the Church End collection, as well as a cask cider, Freedom 4 lager and Mortimers Orchard Cider on draft.
There is also a large variety of Belgian bottled beers as well as ciders, wines, spirits, and soft drinks.
He will have a brewery tour followed by a ploughman's lunch and there will be opportunity to try a range of their current beers and the famous “Coffin” which is a third of each. There is plenty of locally produced bar snacks pies and cheese.
Location & Itinerary
The event includes a Ploughman's lunch, consisting of a sausage roll, pork pie, cold meat and cheese, pickles, coleslaw, crusty bread & salad.
