Insatiable curiosity led Simon Rimmer to champion ‘magpie cuisine’, shamelessly stealing from cultures across the world to develop dishes that are defined not by a negative absence of meat, but by the positive inclusion of fantastic ingredients and flavours that happen to be purely vegetarian.

Greens is located in Stanley Square, Sale's recently redesigned town square which features several fabulous eateries and bars.
There is a large pay & display car park at Sainsbury's a short walk away however please note the maximum stay is 2 hours.
Alternatively there is a pay and display car park at Stanley Square itself - turn off the main A56 (Cross Street) running through the centre of Sale onto Sibson Street which is down the side of M&S and look out for Hereford Street which is second on the left and takes you into the car park.
Metrolink: Stanley Square is conveniently located just a couple of minute’s walk from Sale tram stop. Exit the station, turn left and head over the canal bridge. Keep walking in a straight line towards Cross Street and you can’t miss Stanley Square on the left.
