Rage Room - A Smashing Time!

Need to let off some steam? Smash, shatter and destroy your stress away in a safe and controlled environment! At the Rage Rooms, you are provided with the tools to vent your frustrations — think bats, clubs and more — and a room full of breakable items waiting to meet their end.

You get a variety of crockery, glassware, and small electricals to go at.

Sharpies are available for you to write on your items too and there are extra special smashing items which you can buy on the day.

The items vary for each session.

Perfect for stress relief, team building, or just pure fun, the Rage Room offers an unforgettable experience, where the rules are simple: no judgment, just destruction. Suit up, let loose... and leave the mess to the Rage Room fairies!

How It Works

We keep it intimate, high-energy, and intentional. A maximum of two people are allowed in the Rage Room at once. For groups of more than two, we run a rotation system—so everyone gets their moment to rage while the rest of your crew watches through the viewing window or relaxes in our lounge with complimentary refreshments.

Solo ragers get 10 minutes in the room. Pairs get 20 minutes.

And yes, these timings matter. A lot.

Here’s why…

When you step into the Rage Room, your body responds instantly: dopamine, adrenaline, and serotonin surge, lighting you up. After about 10–20 minutes, these levels peak—and as your cortisol (stress hormone) drops, you leave feeling clear, powerful, and reset.

Stay too long, and that magic fades. We’re not here for chaos without purpose—we’re here to help you burn it off and feel better on the other side.

We’re serious about release, but we’re just as serious about responsibility. Every item in our Rage Rooms is rescued from landfill—which means we can’t always guarantee specific smashables, but we can guarantee guilt-free destruction.
