Paneer kathi roll - flatbread filled with paneer, peppers and onions in gentle spice
Malai chicken - marinated chicken, delicately spiced and grilled
Chicken pakora - tender chicken pieces fried in a spiced gram flour batter until crisp
Mains
Shimla paneer - paneer with peppers and onions in a thick tomato and onion sauce
Butter chicken - North Indian classic of chicken tikka in a velvety tomato-cream sauce
Garlic chilli chicken - tandoori roasted chicken in a hot garlic and chilli sauce
Bengun bharta - smoked aubergine blended with onions, tomatoes and spices
