Mike's Wookey Hole & Ebbor Gorge Walk
Overview
Walk is about 7.5 miles with 1500 feet of climb so this is one requiring a good standard of walking fitness. The climbing is rewarded with beautiful views of the Mendips.
We will walk out of Wells and up through Wookey Hole and Ebbor gorge to the top of the Mendips and back through scenic countryside.

We walk in all weathers, (unless there is a Met Office severe weather warning) so please make sure you are dressed appropriately including Waterproof hiking/ walking boots or walking trainers. Waterproofs or sunscreen as required! Bring a picnic lunch and refreshments for the day.
Well behaved dogs are welcome to join the walk with their responsible owners. Dogs must be always kept on a lead throughout the walk. The walk has not been checked for suitability for dogs, which means we may encounter things like stiles. You must be able to carry your dog at these challenges as we are unable to divert the walk.
