Overview

The Triumph Factory Visitor Experience is the home of Triumph Motorcycles, a unique and immersive visitor experience and 1902 Cafe, that's free to enjoy for all ages. It's here that you'll see how we make motorcycles, get up close to some of the most iconic Triumphs of all time, and enjoy a priceless collection of motorcycle memorabilia brought together exclusively for our visitors.

This is the perfect experience if you've ever wanted to venture beyond those legendary factory security doors. This fully guided tour really does take you on a journey through our engineering and manufacturing processes to see for yourself where world-renowned Triumph motorcycles are created and built.

Your tour is fully guided and takes you from concept to manufacturing and final assembly.

Your tour will last for approximately 90 minutes.

Ticket includes Exhibit Admission

We have timed this midweek as there is a higher likelihood of seeing the production line in use.

After your Factory Tour, refuel with a tasty snack, refreshing soft drinks, or a taste-intensive Barista-style coffee, while relaxing with free wi-fi as you enjoy these unique Triumph surroundings.

Also available at the Visitor Experience, you can create your own Authentic Triumph VIN Plate keyring which is punched on site. Featuring a Triumph branded black leather loop and brushed silver trigger hook. This is the perfect way to attach your keys to your bag, trousers or jeans and remember your visit. These can be purchased on site at the Visitor Experience. (Keyring not included in tour ticket price).

Our Factory Tour is fully accessible to wheelchair and mobility scooter users.

We are a manufacturing facility and safety is our priority. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone whose behaviour may affect the safety and enjoyment of our staff and other guests.

Parking: There is onsite parking for both cars and motorcycles including disabled bays close to the entrance just follow the signposts as you enter the factory grounds.

Will the assembly line be running at the time of my visit? With regard to any part of the production line running (including final assembly) we can't guarantee whether the line will or will not be running on any given time as this can’t be determined as far in advance when bookings are taken. This is due to the production schedule, global demand, our quality assurance maintenance programmes and shift patterns. We endeavour to show as much of our production process as possible and plan our tours accordingly; however we can't predict all outages in the production process.

Are there any weather restrictions? Commencing and finishing from our Factory Visitor Experience, our entire tour takes place indoors so whatever the weather, you’ll always be able to get up close to the Triumph motorcycle manufacturing process.

What Should I Wear? We highly recommend all visitors wear flat, closed-toe shoes during their Factory Tour for comfort and safety. There is a designated locker area for bags and belongings for the duration of your Factory Tour. Please note that you will need to keep cameras and phones in a secure locker during your tour.

How far do I have to walk and for how long? Please be aware the factory tour route requires a good degree of fitness and mobility. The route is approximately 1km in length and does require participants to be on their feet for the full 1.5hours. There are no seated rest areas on the route. The route is fully wheelchair and mobility scooter accessible, should you wish to bring your own. We can provide wheelchairs if required, however we can't provide a member of staff to assist you in the wheelchair so please ensure you have someone with you who can.
