1. Spice rewards will be accrued from the launch of the scheme (08/08/2022), and will be based on your membership initiation month as per the following schedule:
    • After 2 months – £5 off a social event
    • After 4 months – £5 off a walking or sporting event
    • After 6 months – £10 off a weekend away
    • After 8 months – £5 off a social event
    • After 10 months – £5 off a walking or sporting event
    • After 1 year – 2 x £5 off a social event, plus £10 off a weekend away
    • Plus, on your birthday – £50 off one of our Spice Escapes holidays.
  2. To earn Spice rewards, your account must be in good standing.
  3. Vouchers have no cash value.
  4. Vouchers are non-transferable and are linked to your membership.
  5. Vouchers can only be redeemed at the time of booking.
  6. Vouchers can only be redeemed once and only against a single purchase.
  7. Only one voucher is redeemable against a single purchase. Multiple vouchers cannot be used against a single purchase.
  8. Vouchers are valid for two months, except the weekend away voucher which is valid for six months, and the birthday Spice Escapes holiday voucher which is valid for twelve months.
  9. If redeeming a voucher against an event costing less than the value of the voucher, any unused value will be forfeited.
  10. In the case that a deposit is required, the voucher is offset against the final balance, not the deposit.
  11. If you terminate your membership, any previously earned but unredeemed rewards will be lost.
  12. If you re-join having previously terminated your membership, the clock stops and your rewards will re-start at the beginning of the schedule.
  13. To redeem your Spice rewards voucher, your membership must be active at the time the event takes place.
  14. If Spice Social cancel an event which you have used a voucher to pay for, and are unable to offer you a satisfactory alternative date, you will receive a replacement voucher along with your initial payment refund.
  15. If you cancel an event or holiday and a voucher was used towards the payment, you will receive your money back in line with our relevant refund policies, minus the voucher value.
