Cancellation by You
- For overnight events and events costing £100 or more, unless the balance due dates are different in the event write-up, provided you give us more than 28 days’ notice (including weekends and bank holidays), you will receive a full refund as a credit note, less a cancellation fee of 20% of the cost of the event or the loss of your deposit (whichever is lower). Credit notes are valid for twelve months and are only redeemable against Spice events, weekends and holidays.
- In general, where cancellation is received within the cancellation period prior to an event, you will lose all monies paid (and also be liable for any balance) unless we can replace you. If you simply do not turn up for an event without contacting us, you will automatically forfeit any monies paid and will be liable for any balance. It is recommended that all cancellation should be in writing, and that you should assume you are still booked until you have written confirmation of your cancellation.
Cancellation by Spice
In the instance that Spice have to cancel a weekend events, we will aim to provide seven days’ notice beforehand, unless this is beyond the control of Spice. Should Spice cancel any event, you will be refunded in full, unless this amount is less than £25, in which case it will be credited to your online account.
