Walk and Sunday Lunch at the Ripon Inn
Overview
Come and join us for a steady walk to the lake at Studley Park and then back to Ripon. Our walk will take us to the World Heritage Site of Studley Royal Park, home to the ruins of Fountains Abbey and the Jacobean mansion, Fountains Hall. The route covers a distance of around 5 miles and will take a couple of hours. It's very level with a total of around 60 metres of ascent. Please wear appropriate footwear as the paths could be muddy.
Afterwards we will adjourn to the Ripon Inn for our Sunday lunch at this recently refurbished hotel just outside of Ripon city centre. Formerly known as the Ripon Spa Hotel, this hotel is now part of the Inn Collection group.
Today we will have a main course with the option to order and pay for a dessert on the day.
