The 45th Weekend - Sunday 10.00am Windsor & Eton 5 Mile Walk Plus optional 1.5 miles to Long Walk

Join Alan for a beautiful 5-mile walk starting at Eton, crossing the River Thames into Windsor, seeing the Castle from the outside and the Long Walk

This lovely Sunday walk starts meeting outside the Hotel Reception so we can arrange shared cars* and taxis if needed at your own expense to travel 6 miles to

We will walk along a short section of the Jubilee River to Eton High Street through the wonderful historic colleges. Cross Eton Bridge (3 miles to this point) into Windsor for free time and lunch. Return along the River Thames (2 miles). Walk total 5 miles but additional mileage in Windsor if people want to look around.

As there will also be an optional walk through the Royal Arcade & station to the Long Walk and then lunch somewhere but if you prefer free time in Windsor you can meet up later to walk back to the cars with the group.
