Hot smoked salmon pâté with cucumber, soy sauce, pumpernickel bread, toasted seeds and mixed leaves

Quinoa salad with gazpacho, goji berries, honey glazed baby vegetables and pecan nuts

Chef's special Sunday roast with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and gravy

Baked hake with tomato and basil fondue, tender stem broccoli and sautéed new potatoes

Roasted aubergine with confit garlic cream, roasted plum tomato and curried bulgur wheat

Roast chicken with piperade, cous cous, red wine jus and toasted almonds
