Meet & Eat at Brasa by Caroline Martins
Overview
Join us for our first visit to Brasa, a popular open-fire restaurant located within the Freight Island food hall that opened in early in 2026. Created by chef Caroline Martins—the visionary behind the Michelin-recommended SAMPA; Brasa brings an elevated interpretation of authentic Brazilian churrasco (barbecue) to the city's vibrant street-food scene. Everything is centered around charcoal-cooked meats, bold smoky flavors, and traditional South American sides.
You can choose from their standard menu and they currently have a set menu which is great value which they may also be offering during our visit. You can take a look at a sample of the standard menu here.
This is a meet and eat meal; you choose on the day from their menu and pay for your food, drink and service charge on the day less the £10 deposit/no show fee paid to Spice.
