Marsden Jazz Festival and Meal at Mozzarella's
Overview
Founded in 1992, Marsden Jazz Festival is one of the UK’s longest established jazz festivals.
Thousands of visitors make the trip by train, bus, car or narrow boat to experience the unique atmosphere the festival brings to Marsden every year, and more than 60 volunteers give up their time to help make the weekend a success.
We are proud to showcase a wide range of jazz musicians from internationally-acclaimed artists to local school bands and rising talent.
We'll meet outside the Railway pub where we can decide which bands we want to go and see. We have booked a table for our meal at 5pm at Mozzarella's pizzeria.

2pm outside the Railway pub which is located directly opposite the Railway station. If you aren't arriving by train, and don't want to walk up to the top, meet us in the park around the bandstand area at 2:30pm.
The Railway pub is located directly opposite the Railway station.
It may be difficult to park and not straightforward so it might be better to use public transport if you can.
Host & Everything Else
I had a fantastic time at the festival. Karen was great and made us all feel welcome. I met some very nice people which all helped to a very good day out.
