Make and Take Essential Oil Workshop

Have you ever wondered about how essential oils work and how they can help you on a day to day basis?

This workshop is open to everybody interested in working naturally with the gifts of the earth so essential oils, crystals and so on.

•          Firstly, our lovely tutor Jacqui will explain 5 ways to use essential oils and how the quality of essential oils differ depending what they are used for (food, perfume, therapeutic for example).

•          Jacqui will explain the 3 ways you can use essential oils and why the brand she works with, stands out from others.

•          This sets the groundwork, and we will begin to understand why purity matters.

•          Jacqui works with the 5 elements (water, fire, air, earth and spirit), and she will also incorporate this in her teaching.

The workshop is to find out who you are, and then to look for essential oils that can complement and support you on your journey. Essential oils are amazing when used correctly and can support you mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually all at the same time!

After we have had a chat, we will choose up to 5 oils to create our very own bespoke blend. Jacqui will provide the roller bottles, essential oils, crystal chips (to go at the base of the bottle and to infuse the blend), labels and of course the plethora of reference books we will have access to to help us choose what is right for us.

After we have created our personalised blends, Jacqui will teach us the AromaTouch Hand technique. This is such an amazing way to address your whole body and Jacqui will teach us how to do the technique using our very own blend. The benefits of this technique are stimulate blood flow, increase oxygen and distribute the oils to the tissues. It's such a lovely way to end the workshop and a great way to give back to others.
