Lowsonford and Shrewley Easy to Moderate Ramble
Overview
A new 7 mile ramble with Rob Smith from a lovely pub in Lowsonford, which was made famous for its Fleur de Leys Pies.
The route takes in three pretty villages: Shrewley, Rowington and Lowsonford with a half way pub stop.
The route features sections of two beautiful canals, the Grand Union and the Stratford upon Avon canal, including a dramatic tunnel, all linked together with pretty countryside.
Once we return, we have the option of Sunday Lunch, or even a Fleur de Lys Pie! or of course a Sunday roast.
