Free Pub Social at The Market House, Reading
Overview
A social hub situated in the heart of Reading town centre. Designed to impress, the Market House, once an historic Lloyds Bank, has been transformed into an industrial chic venue with multiple bars, food kitchen and hotel rooms.
Boasting a roof top bar & terrace and a 400 capacity Market Hall, The Market House caters for cocktail lovers, beer enthusiasts and even those who prefer the fate of the barman’s recommendation. Love sourdough pizza? Well good! They make freshly rolled sourdough pizza and side nibbles made to tantalise the tastebuds.
I am unable to reserve a table just for drinks, so I'll get there a little early then post in the forum where we are sitting.

They have a great vibe here and lots of events going on. Comedy; Drag Bingo; Live Music; Karaoke, Movie screenings. Not sure whats on this particular evening if I find out in advance I'll post it here. I've personally attended events here, (as well as hosting Spice here) roof-top bar for pizza night and an all day Ibiza festival in The Market Place.
