Tonight we are off to to the fabulous Borrello Restaurant in Sale for their great value early bird menu!
A stylish and contemporary restaurant serving fantastic Italian food. they have put together exciting new menus offering both new and traditional Italian and Mediterranean style dishes including Chef’s special spare ribs, possibly the best spare ribs in South Manchester?
Why not join us after the meal for the Best of Comedy Buzz taking place just over the road from the restaurant.

- Zuppa Del giorno – Soup of the day
- Insalata Caprese – Buffalo Mozzarella & Tomatoes
- Funghi All'aglio Sauteed Mushrooms, garlic, cooked in cream, served with house bread
- Costine di Maiale – Spare ribs in tangy sauce
- Pate – Homemade chicken liver pate served with toast and caramelized onions
- Mozzarella e Prosciutto – buffalo mozzarella & Parma ham
- Chicken Caesar Salad – Romaine Lettuce & Croutons dressed with lemon juice
- Calamari fritti – Deep fried squid rings served with tartare sauce
- Cozze arrabiata – Fresh mussels with tomatoes, garlic, fresh chillies, herbs and white wine

- Penne Salmone – penne pasta with smoked salmon, cherry tomatoes, garden peas in a creamy tomato sauce
- Penne Borrello – Penne pasta with chicken, pancetta, cream and wholegrain mustard
- Lasagne della casa – Traditional Lasagne only with prime beef mince
- Spaghetti Bolognese – spaghetti with slow cooked beef in homemade ragu sauce
- Spaghetti Carbonara – Spaghettie with crispy pancetta, onion and cream
- Penne Primavera – Penne pasta with cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, asparagus, garden peas and a touch of tomato sauce
- Spaghetti Arrabiata – Penne pasta, onion, cherry tomato, chilli & tomato sauce
- Pollo Al Pepe – Corn fed chicken breast, flamed in brandy, cooked in a creamy peppercorn sauce
- Polla crema – Corn fed chicken breast in a mushroom & truffle creamy sauce
- Branzino Mugnaia Pan fried crispy skin fillets of sea bass in a caper, white wine & lemon butter sauce
- Pangasius – Pan fried white fish in lobster sauce, garlic, capers, creamy tomato sauce with a touch of parsley
- Pizza Margherita – Cheese & Tomato
- Pizza Pepperoni Piccante Cheese & Tomato, spicy Calabrian sausages, fresh chillies, peppers

Borrello is facing the Town Hall in the Centre of Sale, near the Sale Metrolink station (handy if you want a drink too!)
There is a large pay & display car park at Sainsbury's a short walk away however please note the maximum stay is 2 hours, you pay for your first hour and then after 6 pm its free.
If you are staying longer than two hours or joining us afterwards for Best of Comedy Buzz the parking recommend by the Waterside is Q-Park Waterside 5 Broad Road, M33 2AE and you can get a discount on the door at the Waterside.
Alternatively you might be lucky to find some on street car parking in the vicinity.
