Bar Tour: Late Afternoon/Early Evening in Marple with food option
Overview
Join Tanya in her home town of Marple, a charming town located in the foothills of of the Peak District National Park for a bar tour frequenting her favourite hostelries.
Please catch the 1351 train departing Manchester Piccadilly to Rose Hill Marple arriving 1423 hours. Tanya will meet you at the station. The first pub will be The Railway with the rest of the pubs being decided on the day. Food at 6pm at the Bull's Head for those choosing the slot type with food.
- Note 1 If you miss the 1351 train to Rose Hill Marple, you can catch the next train to Marple (there are 2 train stations in Marple) and if you give Tanya a call, she will advise where to meet. A return ticket purchased for Rose Hill Marple is also valid for Marple.
- Note 2 that is it a 17 minute walk (according to Google) from the Bull's Head to Rose Hill Marple railway station for the return journey. It is also a similar walk to Marple train station.

- departing 1942 hours or 2043 hours (this is the last train) from Rose Hill Marple station
- departing 1940 hours or 2007 hours etc from Marple station
